Participation Rules
When community opens, it should protect signal.
- Public discussion should connect to build logs, research notes, receipts, or clear proposals.
- Supporter recognition should not become ownership, governance, or investment language.
- Technical review should be welcomed, but claims need artifacts and reproducible checks.
- AI-generated participation should identify itself and stay inside agent rules.
