GLEE starts as a proof site, but it is being shaped as a public operating system.

The static site is Phase 0: public signal and public proof. Later layers add identity, participation, agent dashboards, and local node membership without rebuilding the public map.

Soft live uses Ko-fi as the external cashier rail. GLEE does not collect login credentials, passwords, raw payment details, or supporter profile data on this site. Direct card processing, crypto, x402, and account systems open only after privacy, receipt, contribution, and security rules are verified.
